1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Size mismatch (only if the product is unused and unaltered)
  • Product not matching the description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Jewellery
  • Accessories
  • Baby wear
  • Items purchased during sale/offer
  • Customized or specially altered products
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product to our store address unless the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product).
  • In case of our mistake, we will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping charges (as applicable).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under these conditions:

  • Wrong product sent
  • Damaged product received
  • Product unavailable for exchange

Refund will be processed as:

  • Store credit (fastest option)
    or
  • Original mode of payment (if applicable)

Refund timeline: 5–7 working days after product verification.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange or product exchange depending on availability.

Conditions for exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Exchange request must be raised within 2 days
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

If the requested size/product is not available, store credit will be issued.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

For cancellation requests, contact us immediately on WhatsApp or phone.

8. Important Notes

  • Colour variations may occur due to lighting/digital screens and are not considered defects.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
  • Store credit issued is valid for future purchases and is non-refundable.
