1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of delays due to high order volume or stock issues, we will update you via call or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Time

📍 Within Karnataka:

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days

📍 South India:

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

📍 Rest of India:

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are applied based on location and courier service.
  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or minimum order value conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking link

Updates will be shared through WhatsApp (9652200978) or SMS.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier will make two delivery attempts.
If the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to our store.

Re-shipping charges will apply for second dispatch.

6. Wrong Address or Incomplete Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Phone number

Vintage Vastra is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Take photos immediately
  • Do not accept the package (optional)
